with Roz Crampton and Adi ScottPlease join us for this amazing opportunity to explore and experience the amazing effects of sacred sound on all levels of your being.
We are rediscovering the powerful properties and transformationa
The day will be split into two parts:
10.30 arrive and settle in
11am – 1.30pm (with half an hour break)
Introduction to the influence sacred sound has on all levels of our being. Includes demonstrations,
We will also explore how a sacred sound practice can be incorporated into every day life to keep us balanced in a world that is full of so many unbalancing energies.
1.30pm Lunch. Please bring your own food.
2.30 – 4.30pm
The afternoon will consist of a Sound Bath with further discussion and a short question and answer time to conclude the day.
Sound Bath…..a time to just lie down, relax and open yourself to an extraordinary experience…

Sound Baths assist in clearing old traumas, blocks and patterns that no longer serve you bringing your whole being to a higher frequency much nearer to you true state or blueprint. Everything in your life flows more freely as the ‘stuckness’ is freed bringing you into balance.

Roz Crampton – Founder and Director of Earthdance
Roz facilitates spiritual/
Roz has always had a strong affinity with nature, wildlife and the earth’s natural energies. From a very early age she has experienced numerous psychic phenomena and through on-going study and practice Roz has enhanced her natural psychic and mediumistic abilities to a high degree.
Her professional background in dance and exercise and as a tutor of national teachers training courses in health and fitness means she has developed a sound understanding of the physical body and is well experienced at working with groups to facilitate learning and co-operation using a range of teaching strategies.
Roz has worked and performed with a wide range of international artists and has featured on both local and national radio and television. She has also had articles published in national magazines. Roz has taken her work to schools, colleges and universities as well as being invited to present at Mensa. She finds it both rewarding and stimulating working with such varied groups of people from the very young to the more mature and with differing levels of experience and ability.

Adi Scott
Adi leads didgeridoo workshops with Earthdance, and collaborates with Roz in Sound Baths and Sound Journeys. He has developed a relaxed and very interactive delivery style that embraces all groups – from absolute beginners to elite, from youngsters to seniors. He combines his in-depth knowledge and coaching skills with a sense of fun to help people learn and enjoy
Adi has a wide and varied teaching background working as a national consultant, trainer and assessor in Health and Fitness and Personal Safety.
10.30 arrival for an 11.00 start.
Lunch 1.30-2.30 Please bring your own lunch

Teas, coffees will be provided
Please bring a mat, blankets, pillow, anything that will make you comfortable. We will have some spare mats and blankets.
