The King’s DNA. Richard III: From Car Park to Cathedral.

Richard III, the last Yorkest king and the last British king to die in battle,  is one of the country’s most interesting monarchs.

This talk follows the story of how a skeleton found  in a car park in Leicester came to eventually be identified as  King Richard III.  Wales Gene Park’s describing how DNA was used to identify this skeleton as the lost body of the controversial king.

This is a free public talk at Caerphilly library and is open to all!
